OCTOBER 15, 2025
DDP Fall Forum: Special Edition

We are pleased to announce the inaugural event of the RIVER Collaborative, presented in partnership with the Downtown Detroit Partnership and Michigan Central. This half-day convening will take place on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EDT at Michigan Central, located at 2001 15th Street, Detroit.

DDP's Fall Forum: Special Edition, in partnership with Michigan Central and the RIVER Collaborative will gather top leaders from the State of Michigan, Province of Ontario, City of Detroit, City of Windsor, and the Windsor-Detroit Bridge Authority—along with developers, innovators, and civic changemakers—around one shared goal: shaping the future of one of North America’s most dynamic cross-border regions.

As part of an exciting line up of city, state, and country leaders, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and Windsor Mayor Drew Dilkens will have a conversation on the transformative power of regional cooperation and the benefits — and current challenges — of our shared border.

Through keynote conversations, development updates, and a high-impact expert panel, we’ll explore how transformative projects like the Gordie Howe International Bridge are unlocking new opportunities in trade, real estate, mobility, and innovation. Attendees will be the first to receive DDP’s 2025 Downtown Detroit Community and Development Update, featuring exclusive cross-border market insights.

With unmatched networking, big-picture vision, and actionable intelligence, this is the can’t-miss event for anyone invested in the growth and competitiveness of Detroit, Windsor, and beyond.
